HOW IT WORKS

  • Send the deal documents (POS, NOS, Bid forms, Request for Bid, Ratings Reports, etc.) with sale date, time and contact.

  • Our team will process your deal and send you back proofs for the email campaign, Deal page, Notification+ pdf, Calendar+ and social media notices for review.

  • Once approved, we will immediately push out the Calendar+ entry, email campaign will be scheduled and sent, social media posts will go live, Notification+ pdf will be sent back for your distribution and the deal page will go live.

  • All your deal documents are maintained on our cloud servers and accessible from all of our services. (Calendar+, Notification+ and Detail Page)

  • The weekend prior to your sale/pricing date, we will send a weekend update email and social post for your sale.

  • Calendar+ will notify all subscribers of your sale 24 hours before the bid closing time.

  • All document updates are posted immediately and pushed to all of our platforms. At deal closing, the Final Official Statement is updated to our cloud servers and across all platforms as well.

  • If you use our MuniPlatform+ service, Analytics+ reports are provided at the beginning and end of your deal. Notification+ pdf is provided and maintained throughout your deal. Calendar+ is included, the detail page never goes away and can be used for archival and reference purposes as well.
